A Statement from The Board of Directors and
Life
Trustees
We would like to thank all the breeders and
owners of the P.R.E. Horses who have shown their
enthusiastic and amazing support for the P.R.E.
Mundial Registry. It has been
received with an overwhelming vote of
confidence. We are in full operation and
are sending out cartas weekly to their
owners. We also have
available and are sending out breeding
cover/birth/preinscription documents
(certificatados de
cubricion/nacimiento/preinscripción.)
We, the Board of Directors and Life
Trustees, are registering our horses with P.R.E
Mundial Registry. We are processing paperwork on a
first come first served basis including Directors
and officers. We are fully
committed to the success and longevity of the
P.R.E. Mundial Registry. Please feel free to
contact any one of us individually if you have
questions or concerns. We remain dedicated to the
welfare of our breed and will always act in the
best interests of our horses without any personal
consideration or agenda.

Queremos agraderle a todos los
criadores y dueños de Caballos P.R.E
quienes han mostrado su entusiastico e increible
apoyo para el Registro P.R.E Mundial. Ha sido
recibido con un abrumador voto de confianza.
Estamos en total operación y estamos enviando
cartas cada semana a sus dueños y tenemos
disponibles y estamos enviando Certificados
de Cubrición/Nacimiento//Preinscripción.
Nosotros,
Los Directivos de la Junta y Life Trustess,
tambien estamos registrando nuestros caballos con
el Registro P.R.E. Mundial. Estamos procesando
docuementos en el orden en que van llegando
incluyendo Directores y oficiales. Estamos
comprometidos totalmente con el exito y la
longevidad de Registro P.R.E.
Mundial.

Clarification of 2008 Foundation
Horse Shows
We have received notice from ANCCE that
they are removing the title
of
"sanctioned" from those shows which The Foundation
is sponsoring.
This is not an
unexpected decision, but we wanted to make sure
that each of you
understands exactly what this
means. Removing the word
"sanctioned" from our
shows, means that horses
that win first and
second place in Foundation Shows are not eligible
to compete in the morfologia classes
at SICAB. Neither will the
points earned by those
placing first
through fifth be recorded in the Book of Merits in
Spain.
Owners and
breeders should know that ANCCE officials have
told us that they
currently have no plans to publish a Book of
Merits. For those who
compete in open dressage and who wish to compete
in the Copa de ANCCE,
this does not apply, as your scores are
maintained by USDF, and your
success in the US will need to be validated
with participating in
open dressage events in Spain or
Europe. We look forward to seeing you at our
upcoming horse shows where your
scores will count in The Foundation Book of
Merits.

The
Foundation shows are inclusive and horses eligible
for participation in the morphological classes are
those who have a Carta Mundial, a Cria Caballar
Passport or green carta or ANCCE registration
documents. To be eligible for participation in
performance classes horses can be in any of the
above categories or have IALHA (S)
papers.
All shows have expert Judges who
are members of the Judges College in Spain
.
Clarificación De Concursos de
Caballos de La Fundación para el
2008
Hemos recibido notificación de ANCCE
que han removido el título de "Sanctioned" de los
concursos que son patrocinados por La Fundación.
Esta no es una decisión inesperada, pero queremos
asegurarnos que todos ustedes entiendan
exactamente lo que significa. Remover la palabra
"sanctioned" de nuestros concursos, significa que
los caballos que ganen el primer y segundo
lugar en los concursos de La Funación no
son elegibles para competir en las clases de
morfología en SICAB. Tampoco los puntos ganados
por los que ganen del primer al quinto lugar serán
anotados en el Libro de Meritos de
España.
Dueños y criadores deben saber que
oficiales de ANCCE nos han dicho que
ellos actualmente no tienen planes
de publicar un Libro de Meritos
Para
aquellos que compiten en adiestramiento abierto y
que desean competir en la Copa ANCCE, esto no
aplica, pues su puntaje se mantiene por
USDF, y su exito en US necesitará ser validado
participando en eventos de adiestramiento abierto
en España o Europa.
Esperamos
verlos en nuestros próximos concursos de caballos
donde su puntuación contará en el Libro de Meritos
de La Fundación.

Los concursos de La
Fundación son inclusivos y los caballos elegibles
para participar en las clases morfológicas son
aquellos que tienen documentos de registración
como una Carta Mundial, un Pasaporte o Carta de
Cría Caballar o documentos de registro
de ANCCE. Para ser elegible en las clases de
actuación los caballos pueden estar en cualquiera
de las categorias anteriores o tener documentos
(S) de IALHA.
Todos los concursos tienen
Jueces expertos quienes son miembros de La
Colegiatura de Jueces in
España.
