This new registry incorporates the traditional quality control procedures of years past (with the scoring system intact) to aid breeders and buyers in making informed decisions. P.R.E. Mundial offers a modernized, stream-lined approach to paperwork while rigorously authenticating all horses admitted to the registry.  P.R.E.
